Fees and Payment Policy

We say we are different, and we believe that the transparency of our approach to fees is an example of the difference.

  • Fixed Fee - Where possible we agree a fixed fee for the services to be delivered. This will be confirmed in writing via letter or e-mail. Once agreed we would only discuss the previouslly agreed fee with you if the actual level of work rendered it uneconomic for us to do it at the agreed rate.
  • Beyond Fixed Fee - Where additional work is requested outside the services covered by a fixed fee agreement; the cost of such services will be agreed separately in advance of the work being done.
  • Time Based Fees - We try at all costs not to bill on a time basis. However the most likely scenario for us to have to do this would be if you were subject to an inquiry by HMRC. In such cases it is almost impossible to give a fixed fee.
  • Payment Terms - We offer our clients the opportunity to pay by monthly standing order. In addition to payment by cheque we accept payment by credit card or via Premium Credit.
